It uses 16 tubes (1800mm each) to heat a 165 litre tank rated to handle water hardness up to 2000 ppm. It is a gravity-fed, non-pressurized system.
A 20-year warranty is the longest cover available. Most solar water heaters guarantee the tank for 5 to 10 years; a few reach 15. Twenty years is a claim only a genuinely durable tank supports, and here it is backed by the construction: enamel steel with a glass-lined coating at 2.5mm thicker than the 1.6mm typical of the market, and enamel steel rather than plain galvanised iron.
